THE PINNACLE OF QUALITY
The design of Lloyds drops allows the amount of force applied to be equal, whether the force is applied to the right, left or center of the pad, making them superior to other drops on the market. Auto-arming drops are built into the table with controls on either side and can be manually set in the event of a power failure. No air compressor is required. A specially designed spring release on the chest part is optional. Optional manual and automatic drops are available.
Renowned reliability and quality
Elevation 402 is hydraulically lifted to any height from 48cm (19 ") to 99cm (39") in 10 seconds with superior stability, and will lift patients weighing up to 272 kg (600 lbs). Superior automatic cocking drops and electronic height adjustment are optional. Efficient system
Lloyd tables are built using a hydraulic pump / motor system to create the movements of the table. We use a GE motor / pump with an M&W manifold. This combination creates one of the best hydraulic lifting systems in the world. Using our hydraulic system gives us a huge advantage over our competitors; table movements are faster, they will lift much more weight, and the hydraulic systems are very durable.
Legendary Mechanism
The drop tension mechanism contains a spring and a ball bearing. The ball bearing slides into the notch in the wedge (commonly referred to as the "T-type" of the drop mechanism. Tension is applied by turning the knob in the tube - this increases the tension of the ball bearing in the notch. C ' is what governs the variation in pressure required to adjust the drop according to the patient's weight. This precise control is the basis for achieving the proper adjustment.
Cushions and cover
We use a higher density foam produced by Acuity Foam which is based on durability, especially in the wear pads on our tables (chest and pelvic). Lloyd cushions are mounted to the table frame using "T-Nuts" designed for durability and greater binding capacity. The cushions aren't just propped up with wood screws. Snap-on Covers: Perfect for universities or high volume practices ... they protect the original cushions and make them less expensive and easier to replace.
