The inflatable (vestibular) balance disc mimics the movement and shape of an inflatable ball when used on any seat. Use it on the floor as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception and lower limb strengthening. Each disc has a nubby side for tactile feedback and stimulation, and a flat side. The disc inflates and deflates with a standard pump. Vary the level of inflation to change the level of vestibular challenge.
