3M Blenderm Medical Tape is an occlusive, clear plastic tape with moderate adhesion that protects skin and wounds from air, as well as external fluids and contaminants. Its moderate adhesion to dry skin allows for easy, clean removal and is suitable for frequent dressing changes or short-term applications. The clear, impermeable polyethylene film backing allows monitoring of tissue color and increased bleeding, and promotes penetration of topical medications.
