Non-slip wrist support that offers impressive bilateral support while allowing greater mobility than most wrist braces and carpal tunnel braces.
Many wrist supports provide good stability, but their basic design prevents easy wrist mobility, which decreases the patient's willingness to seek and use treatment for an unstable wrist. The Wrist Restore, designed by IAOM-US, features a unique molded support that, together with the bilateral compressive force of the two proximal straps, establishes control of the scaphoid-lunar and triquetro-lunar joint complexes.
The remarkable bilateral support, combined with the distinct mold, allows for greater mobility as it only controls the movement patterns of the proximal carpal row. In addition, the proximal straps, together with the non-slip material inside the sleeve, prevent the orthosis from sliding upwards on the wrist.
