The ReliefPak Moist Heat Pack is the ideal solution to relieve aches and pains from arthritis, back pain, muscle tension, stiff neck, sprains, stiff joints, bruising, general pain and spasms . Why a humid heat pack and not a heating pad? Moist heat is more effective at heating tissue deeply and penetrates more than dry heat at the same temperature.
Moist heat quickly changes the temperature of fabrics. Patients often report faster relief from moist heat and moist heat has been shown to speed recovery by increasing blood flow to a specific area. The heat pack provides up to 30 minutes of hot and humid therapeutic relief.
