The D-Core Cervical Support Pillow helps relieve neck tension, headaches and spasms by ensuring proper neck alignment during sleep and is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and the shoulders.
For sleeping on your back, a super firm neck roll supports the neck while the D-shaped center gently cradles the head for better sleep. For side sleeping, raised side panels help keep the head level for proper spinal alignment.
In order to provide therapeutic benefits and help restore the natural curve of the neck, two very firm neck rollers offer different support options. Use the smaller neckband if you are adjusting or prefer a little less support; use the larger neckband for maximum support.
