Warranties policies


General

Atlas Medic offers and honours legal warranties, as well as manufacturers’ basic  and extended coverage warranties. Warranties apply to each product and are only available upon request.

Limitations

Warranties do not apply where there is misuse, neglect, abuse or sabotage. Atlas Medic reserves the right to carry out an in-depth investigation and to determine whether the warranty is applicable. If a manufacturer's warranty assignment by Atlas Medic is below the manufacturer's warranty, the latter provost.

Warranty on training

Warranty for technical services

Repairs and parts are guaranteed for three (3) months.
